3. Hosting and connection data
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When pages are requested, technical connection data such as the IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer and browser or operating-system information may be processed. The purpose is the secure and reliable operation of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). The hosting provider receives these technical data as part of providing the hosting service. Server log files are generally deleted after seven days; longer storage may occur where necessary to investigate attacks or other security incidents.
4. PDF generation
PDFs are generated on your device. The invoice form fields are processed in your browser and are not sent to Petty Invoice. Only when you click the PDF button, the required open-source PDF libraries are loaded from the cdnjs content delivery network (Cloudflare). This technical request necessarily transmits connection data such as your IP address to the CDN, but not the names or addresses entered in the form. These library requests use no-referrer and Subresource Integrity checks.
5. Cookies and advertising
The generator currently uses no analytics service and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Google AdSense is not included in this release, and Petty Invoice does not sell or share the form data for advertising. Before advertising, analytics or other non-essential tracking is activated, the consent setup and this privacy notice will be reviewed and updated where required.
6. Your rights
Depending on the applicable data-protection law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. Questions can be sent to the contact address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, Ireland (www.dataprotection.ie).
